Hotel Biwa Tulum

We needed re-schedule our trip to Tulum, and hotel Biwa was very helpful and professional. The room was spacious and staffs were all nice and friendly. Even though it was February it gets so hot during the day. So swimming pool was nice and refreshing. And we rented bicycles, which was very convenient. Cafe Don Thomas is right next to the hotel, and it offers yummy breakfast.

We booked the Biwa hotel through a third party travel agency and were met with great service all around. Check in was easy, the room was clean, bathroom was very spacious. They had maintenance fix the key on our door right away with no hesitation. Front desk staff were very friendly. The hidden gem is the hotel restaurant. We had breakfast there daily and the man working there Margarito was super super nice. He made sure we were set, gave us recommendations for cenotes and other adventures. We really enjoyed him. The location was really close to so many shops, restaurants, and bars to enjoy. Highly recommend staying here, would definitely come back!

Older gentlemen at the front was amazing. (Sorry i didn’t get your name) he gave us a scuba dive shop that he recommended and they did not disappoint! As well as general information about the area. Our room was always clean when we came back from the beach and the cleaning staff left us a very sweet note. Their in-house restaurant, where the complimentary breakfast is served, was fantastic and the food was incredibly fresh. Two servers, both local gentlemen, demonstrated extraordinary hospitality and made us feel right at home. Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was beautiful. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in downtown Tulum.

Lovely hotel in Tulum. The staff is wonderful! Very helpful and kind. The attached restaurant has great food. The unit was 2 bedroom with a good size sitting area and kitchen. Nice bathroom. Everything was very clean and up to date. Lots of outlets for charging. The hotel has a work out area that has a pool table that was a great way to spend an evening.

Very nice and new hotel close to Tulum Center. They have a nice pool and a rooftop bar! The Breakfast was really excellent and the whole staff is very friendly and helpful. The only problem are the poor windows. The hotel is in front of a busy street. If you have problems to sleep when its loud this is definately not the place to stay!

Beautiful hotel conveniently located in downtown Tulum walking distance to most of the bars/restaurants and attractions. I am a solo traveler from Michigan and staff here go above and beyond to make sure you have the transportation you need (talk to Carlos, wonderful guy and speaks perfect English/Spanish) they also can setup most excursions you want to go on. The area around the hotel is safe and I never felt threatened walking around at night to and from the hotel. Overall the hotel looks brand new all rooms are stunning and functional, staff are phenomenal and would highly recommend staying here. Hotel like this on Tulum beach would run you 400 or more a night so this is budget friendly as well.

I stayed here with 2 friends in the apartment we had two rooms one with two twin beds, and the other one with a queen bed. All the beds were comfortable and the AC worked really well. The living room had the option to add your steering services, and it also had a comfortable couch. We also had breakfast at Don Tomas everyday the food was delicious and the service was top notch. I forgot my speaker in the apartment when we checked out, and the brought it to back to me while we waited for the taxi. They also had a really nice pool. There are also restaurants and bars near by.

A pool, rooftop bar, bike rentals and walking distance to the main restaurant area. There is a great restaurant attached for breakfast and coffee- the juices are great Stefanny will help arrange any tours you need. Take earplugs as the street noise will be heard.
